The Zoning Advisory Council is scheduling our annual breakfast on April 20, 2023 at Club 101, located at 101 Park Avenue (corner of east 40th Street), Manhattan (map). As always, many people in our industry have inquired and are anxious to attend since our last breakfast two years ago. Our honorees are individuals who have been involved in the zoning and building process over the years and this is a time to gather again and meet with the people who play an important role in zoning and building.
